Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your Hello Loomi items, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must be sent with original tags and packaging.
  • Return must be shipped using a business delivery service (we can’t accept returns from parcel shops or pickup points).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please email us at info@helloloomi.com with your order number to begin the return process.

📍 We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items from the Loved Again (preloved) collection
  • Unsealed hygiene items (e.g., underwear, pacifiers)
  • Personalized or custom items

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.


Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Send a photo and your order number to info@helloloomi.com, and we’ll sort it out right away.
