Where We Ship

We ship to most countries across Europe and worldwide. Please note that we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States due to ongoing changes in US import regulations and customs processing delays. We hope to resume US shipping as soon as the situation stabilises.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No minimum order required.

For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or local courier delays. During peak periods (such as the holiday season) please allow additional time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@helloloomi.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the European Union are dispatched from within Europe — no import duties or customs fees apply for EU customers.

For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable fees.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package appears lost, contact us at info@helloloomi.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
